SHIPPING

Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer (FFL Holder). Some items listed on this site may not be legal in your state. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all items are legal before purchasing. Up to date guidance on State and Federal firearm laws may be found at http://www.nraila.org/GunLaws to assist you with your questions.

When purchasing a firearm online that you plan on having shipped to your local dealer, please ensure that you input your local dealer's name and shipping address when checking out of our online store. We will also need your dealer to e-mail or fax a copy of their FFL along with your order number. Our fax number and e-mail address can be found under the “Contact Us” tab of our website. *PLEASE BE SURE YOUR FFL LISTS YOUR NAME AND/OR ORDER # ON THE FFL*

If paying by check or money order, we have a 10 day window in which we must receive payment.  If no form of payment is received within 10 days of your order date, your order will be cancelled. 

RETURNS

Returns that are not due to mishandling by New Frontier Armory will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and back to New Frontier Armory. Please contact us immediately if you would like a change to your order. Once we have notified the customer that their order is being processed, we may not be able to correct the error and the customer will be responsible for any fees related to correcting the order.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ON FIREARM RETURNS:

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer at your local dealer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be sent in and returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfers and associated fees.

PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE

If you have purchased through our online store or the Gun Genie website and chose “in store pickup” please contact our sales department before coming to pick up your order.

We must charge Nevada sales tax (8.1%) for any items ordered within the State of Nevada. Please read our “FAQ” page for more information on residency requirements for picking up firearms at our store.
