Extant Labs Echo Break Contact Cleaning Solvent, 32 ozis a fumeless cleaning solvent. Originally developed for automotive parts-washing in the the very strict SCAQMD regulatory environment of California’s Bay Area, this solvent has all the cleaning power of mineral spirits, but without any fumes or evaporation. This means you can degrease you dirty firearms parts without also degreasing your lungs.

BREAK CONTACT comes in simple and useful open-top quart can, so that parts can be soaked directly in the can. Product can also be applied with a rag, patch, or brush. When fouling is removed, simply wipe off the remaining solvent and apply oil as usual. BREAK CONTACT is rubber and plastic safe. Like any oil or solvent, don’t use BREAK CONTACT on wood parts.
