Nice, medium weight buffer. Seems to improve dwell time and reduce recoil. I was unable to decide on the proper weight and customer service was extremely helpful in which buffer weight to use in a 40 S&W upper. I may buy the heavier buffer and try it to decide which one to use. All in all, a good product.
